President Elect
This individual must have previously served at least one year on the WE-BAM Board. The President-Elect is responsible for the following:

- Chairing the annual conference, with assistance from the President and other board members
- Preparing the annual budget for the organization
- Serving on the WE-BAM Board as a voting member (two physical meetings and two to three virtual meetings a year)
- Attending the WBEA (February) and NBEA (March) conferences
- Becoming the nominee for President

Past-President
The Past-President is responsible for the following:

- Serving as a general advisor to the President, other officers, and the association
- Being responsible for updating and maintaining the Bylaws and the Policies and Procedures on behalf of the association
- Serving on the WE-BAM Board as a voting member (two physical meetings and two to three virtual meetings a year)

Secretary
One of the most indispensible positions on the board! The Secretary is responsible for the following:

- Preparing the minutes of the Executive Board meetings
- Keeping the official copies of WE-BAM's constitution, Bylaws, and Policies and Procedures
- Serving on the WE-BAM Board as a voting member (two physical meetings and two to three virtual meetings a year)

Treasurer
One of the most indispensible positions on the board! The Treasurer is responsible for the following:

- Receiving and disbursing the funds of the association
- Providing a report at all Executive Board meetings and the annual General Membership meeting
- Keeping and preserving proper books of accounts, which shall be open to inspection by the members of the Executive Board
- Opening the books for an audit every year and prior to the time of a newly elected Treasurer
- Serving on the WE-BAM Board as a voting member (two physical meetings and two to three virtual meetings a year)

Membership Director
Our members are the most important part of our organization! The Membership Director is responsible for the following:

- Maintaining the membership list and sending renewal reminders as needed
- Managing the membership checking account (processing the collection of dues and forwarding dues to NBEA, FBLA, DECA and WA-ACTE)
- Working with the board on recruitment efforts
- Serving on the WSBEA Board as a voting member (two physical meetings and two to three virtual meetings a year)
- Serving on the NBEA Membership Committee (brief quarterly reports and online meetings about twice each year)
- Serving on the WA-ACTE Awards and Membership Committee (meets about four times each year, mostly online)
- Attending WBEA and NBEA (if possible)

Professional Development Director
Innovation and networking allow educators to provide the best opportunities to students! The Professional Development Director is responsible for the following:

Public Relations Director
Take the lead on ensuring quality professional development to teachers around the state! The Inservice Coordinator is responsible for the following:

- Assisting the President-Elect, as necessary, with the planning of the annual WE-BAM conference
